Electrical diagrams and PCB layout

We have all of the requisite knowledge and software in-house to translate your idea, sketch, set of specifications or concept into electrical diagrams and the PCB layout, including the components needed.

We can also produce all mechanical drawings of braces, housings, parts, cable harnesses, etc. Everything is drafted and drawn using CAD software.

Bill of materials with electronic components

Based on the technical drawings, in the next phase we prepare a detailed bill of materials.

For the final selection of the correct electronic components and other parts, we take account of all relevant factors: cost, availability and production-related aspects.

From prototype to serial production

The next step involves developing a prototype, which subsequently undergoes extensive testing in customer-specific test rigs.

Once everything has been thoroughly evaluated and every detail has been finalised, production commences. Pre-series, small, medium and large serial production are possible.
